In case anyone is why......it's because it would be a violation of copyright, trademark, and possibly servicemark laws and/or regulations

While watching the tournament of champions...I decided to look up the kapalua website and noticed that they only list the plantation and bay course no mention of a village course..so I'm wondering was it a separate course or did it exist at some and was then "shutdown"?

just for the heck of it:
i'll say every original links course that hasn't been updated;
as we all know 1990's computer tech is vastly inferior to what we have now
