Re: GOOGLE MAPS

Jimbo,
Have you looked at an earlier rendition of Google Earth by moving the slider? This may give a better quality of photo.
Good luck.

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD

Well done, this is a big improvement. (I thought the quality of the cottage was very good. ) I think I will have to take some time to try and understand the process before I give it a go. Perhaps after I finish Gozzer Ranch, I will spend some time on trying to modify an existing 3D object ...

Upgrading from W10 to W11

I have just upgraded my laptop from W10 to W11 because I thought it may solve a problem I had, - it didn't. With W10, Links worked perfectly using the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, but after upgrading Links would only select the Intel UHD Graphics and as a result I had no sky. I have spent 2-3 hours t...

Re: AMD Radeon 7900XTX & Links 2003 (RESOLVED!)

Pete,
There is an "All in Wonder" entry in the VideoCard.txt file (in the "ATI" section). Maybe the code in your DXDIAG.txt file is there, too.
This is double dutch to me. :ill:

Do I need to do anything, or would you like me to check something? :dunno:

Re: AMD Radeon 7900XTX & Links 2003

Midcon113,
I have a AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics, 2.10 GHz all-in-one computer and on the camera top view I see the aiming marker without a problem.

Re: The Golf Club at Black Rock Final

David, I'm very pleased that you enjoyed it. Possibly my favorite Ian Wells course, A little surprised with that, but very happy. If I had to rate my courses based on the enjoyment of building the course, it would probably be: Wade Hampton (The first is always special) Victoria National Pasatiempo C...

Re: PGA West Stadium Course - REDO

Sage, Question...............Do I somehow figure out a way to include them or not? Let me know.................... The course would certainly look better with the houses, but the golf course will play the same with, or without them. With this course I wouldn't add the houses. My two penn'orth. :tiph...

Re: Course Testing

Colin, My 8 ani golfers (a mix of great and totally useless golfers playing off varying tees - 4 off the back, 1 each off the other tees) give me 8 different views of the course for just about every shot - that's the main reason I use them. That sounds a very good way of testing which on future cour...
