Just a player but with great appreciation for the designers who make fantastic courses for us.

Scotland. nearby courses of note: Carnoustie, St Andrews, Gleneagles plus many more including Charleton a links rendition which I cannot score on either IRL or Links.

Can't believe this is a first course. Have played the finished version a few times now and it's straight into my favourites.

pmgolf I have tried that and had good results sometimes but just like the real thing I can be different one day to the next. I wouldn't still be playing this game after so long if it was easy, just like the real thing. I think that is Links secret.

Don't compare stats to PGA stats but totally agree with pmgolf re changing from the Click style of play to RTS. I really feel as if I'm playing golf not a game (in the mind). It is astonishing that a game that I started playing in previous versions way back in the 90's, possibly even 80's is still going strong and getting better because of the superb designers.
