Re: APCD on Windows 11

I've not done any designing for quite a while, but as far as I can tell, APCD opens and works fine in Windows 11. I always had several copies of APCD saved in different folders. I was able to open it from the the exe in one of the folders that I'd saved on my external drive.

Re: Course Requests

Certainly dont want to discourage anyone from making any course whatsoever outside of North America though... Neither do I  It would be good to have a better selection to choose from for my DP Tour at LSPN. Along the lines of some of those listed here :fcrossed: https://www.europea...

Re: THE THREE WOOD

Depends on your level of play. Exactly this! Try it on Champ Powerstroke and see how it goes. Game management skills learnt over years of playing at this level have taught me this. Sometimes 3 wood is the play, sometimes it's better to go 5 wood and leave a longer approach. Par is always a good sco...

Kill Devil Hills by Eddie Schmidt comes to mind https://linkscorner.org/courses/course.php?crz=2376

Re: best rough ?? remembering the limitations now...:/

I wouldn't call myself one of the great designers, but I was always happy with how the planting turned out on my courses, allowing for the limitations of the designer. Life got in the way of me designing courses. When I was I tended to forest plant the deep rough and wooded areas. I would often work...

Re: Point Lobos Ocean Course

I just looked and played the difficult pin positions and I always test my courses on the hardest settings. Seems to me you guys can't putt. Sage........ :dunno: :cheers1: Hmmmmm. Not sure saying people cannot putt is the best way to defend yourself. I had a quick look around and tend to agree that ...

Re: Such a Pity.....!!

I did 11 courses over 12 years, but don't seem to be able to find the time these days :wallbash:

I's love to be able to do some more courses for The DP World Tour :pcwhack:
