I totally agree. One of the reasons I no longer produce courses is the amount of time it takes. I used to find the vert turning etc. very therapeutic, but not the amount of time it takes to do things like seam blending.

AI and APCD

We had an intersting presentation on AI and libraries at our staff conference yesterday, and I immediately thought about the possibility of using it to run alongside APCD :dunno:

Re: Ballyneal Golf and Hunt Club

Darn, I thought we were getting an Irish course with a name like that

Really wish I had the time to do some non-US courses, but life is very busy despite only working 3 days a week now :wallbash:

Powerstroke for Beginners by Andy Jacobs

I was tidying up my backup drive over the weekend and came across a couple of PDF files on playing Powerstroke. I often feel like I'm the only one left playing this challenging but satisfying swing method. If there is any real interest I can upload both to the site  PowerStroke for Beginners...

Re: Royal New Kent Golf Club

Sage, I saw the subject line for this and got very excited, thinking someone had a UK course in the works :clapping: Imagine my slight disappointment when I saw it wasn't :wallbash: Haven't the will to wrangle with APCD these days, so I'll make do with the ones I and others have already made :surren...

Re: Links 2003 not working with Windows 10

That gives me hope  Will probably have time this weekend to try another attempt at an install which hopefully leads to a stable loading of Links. I bought a new PC in March last year that had Windows 11 Home installed as standard. I've had no issues with Linksat all, even with the later up...

Hong Kong GC

Has anyone thought about doing the composite holes that are used from the New and Eden courses here? https://hkgolfclub.org/web/pages/courses
Saw something on Facebook about it just being used on the LIV.

That made me think back to the days of Bombers Tour, run by Lee Harris, co -designer of the original version for Links :scared:
