Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta

Yes possibly - but it needs an updated 2D image for the final anyway. The current one is a bit blurry - to use 3D would take ages.

Cheers and thanks

Re: European Tour courses

I also did Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus sometime ago - I see that the European Tour also goes there now.

Re: St. Pierre

Thanks Guys. I will get round to dealing with nitpicking queries after I've finished Sunningdale Old - that's going to take a bit of time but since there's no golf now for a month because of lockdown, I'll do my best!

Cheers

Re: Ballybunion Old Course BETA

Thinking about hole lengths and Links. The only true hole lengths in Links are those used in the Course Design, but as soon as you start manipulating pin positions, hole lengths change. In theory, for all qualifying rounds, there should be 6 pins at the front of greens, 6 middle, and 6 back, so as t...

Re: DOLLAR GOLF CLUB

Yes, you're right, after closing in 2019, Dollar Golf Club has reopened as a 9-hole venue. In the UK at the moment with coronavirus causing people to go on furlough and also lockdown, golf club memberships are actually increasing. How long this will last is anyone's guess. And Jimbo, you can still n...

Re: Ballybunion Old Course BETA

Hi Jimbo

Dunno what the strange sound is. Will sort it when I come to do the final.

Yes it's a trailer (caravan) park by the first tee. Lots of caravans after the graveyard.

The fairway "spikes" are black and white marker posts to help with blind shots.

Cheers

Re: European Tour courses

OK, the Dutch Open Course I was talking about is Kennemer (a Harry Colt course), which is set amongst the sandhills at the back of the Zandvoort F1 Grand Prix Circuit. The Dutch Open is usually played the week after the Open. I usually use GE(sometimes an older version if it's more clear - doing thi...

Re: European Tour courses

I did Crans Montana some time ago and that could certainly do with a rework. Basics are all there. Same with Gardagolf (Italian Open),Italian Ryder Cup Course 2022, and Madeira Golf (Madeira Open). All are unlocked and you're more than welcome to modify. Also Le Golf National at Versailles has been ...

Re: John Brooks Wow 120 courses released.

Thanks everyone - I can't believe I've done as many as that - and remember my Courses are somewhat "simplified" mind you Sage is a long way ahead of me!

Cheers and thanks

Re: Southwick Park Golf Club BETA

Brilliant! All suggestions more than welcome - but bear in mind that my Courses are more geared for "coffee breaks" , rather than works of art!

Cheers and thanks
