Re: Sunningdale New Course Beta
If anyone can send me (or tell me where to find) a Sunningdale Clubhouse picture in reasonably hi-def I.e. something like 1200 x 1000 pixels) I'll use it. Otherwise I'll have to nip up there after lockdown and take one myself! And steel heather - well, yes, there's an awful lot of it, and you should...

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
New Course is nearly done - have played a couple of rounds on it but need to sort out slopy greens and do a lot more planting (especially heather). Will then go back to Old Course and my jobs list!

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
Forgot - just talking about the British Open (really the United Kingdom Open) - Ballybunion and some other superb Links Courses are in Ireland, so unfortunately, we can only use the courses in Northern Ireland like Portrush and County Down. County Down has all the facilities, but is situated in IRA ...

I have a "to do" list half a mile long of changes to Sunningdale Old Beta, so I'm leaving it open for a few days in case there are any more arising!

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
Thanks for responses. Am thinking about Sunningdale New Course designed by Harry Colt - well, it was "New" when it first opened in 1923! Bit like the New Forest which was "new" in about 1100, and the Jubilee Course at St. Andrews (Queen Victoria's Jubilee, 1897). But real golf be...

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
Hi Jimbo I have photos with whitish sand and GE shows it as white, but can easily change to yellow if you want. Have you got any decent photos of Clubhouse (i.e. at least 1280x1024 pixels) - my Clubhouse sharpness problem starts because in Photoshop I'm enlarging a small-scale 2D image of the Clubho...

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
Crikey - I'm taking all the comments on board so will make changes for final. Clubhouse as a 3D building would take ages, but in 2D in Photoshop from a larger picture it should be OK. And, well, apart from stating the obvious, like "what were you doing on the paths?", the paths terrain wil...

Re: Sunningdale Old Course Beta
Thanks Pete I've checked the terrain fairways and they all show as category "fairway" and picture reading "fairway". You might just be on the right-hand edge of a seam blend - in which case, the reading will show as category "rough". I can change this on the final if yo...
