Re: Carnoustie 2022
Hi Pete-I don't think that I'll have a great deal to nitpick...links courses are hard to nitpick (and that clubhouse and surrounding buildings are great!) But give me a few days... Actually (maybe it was my imagination or I may just have had a good round) but it didn't feel like a 7,400 yard...

Re: What's your Average Score in Links 2k3?
Hi Pete-I played a couple of rounds at Amateur level once...sure it was easy to post a decent score (but not 10 under par) but I have to wonder if that wouon't get boring after a while. My scores improve when I leave the driver "in the digital locker room"
but I still can't figure how some online players consistently shoot -18 or better.

Re: CANADIAN OPEN
I don't know how many of you watched the Canadian Open, but they borrowed a bit from the folks in Phoenix when they set up "The Rink" at the 16th hole, complete with Zamboni.
Only one thing would have made it better...if the crowd had yelled "Hurry Hard" when a player was putting!

Jim-I'm about the same, depending on:
1. What course I'm playing,
2. How long since I played,
3. How much I've had to drink.
But what I can't figure out is how some players in online tournaments can shoot -20.

Re: BANFF SPRINGS 2018 (Thompsin)
I managed to find some deer and the rafters were a nice touch. Was that a different water texture? It seems more reflective...and where did you find that overhead shot?!?!? Thanks for the clubhouse-I bought a golf shirt when I was there and you nailed it. As you can see it's rather plain compared to...
