Re: Hamilton Beta
3 rounds played beautiful rendition maybe 2d club house possible? Hey Pete-that's my line! It's actually a "conventional clubhouse with one great tournament addition-the small rise between the 18th green and the clubhouse is always packed. Anyway, the Beta is exquisite! Just wondering-how many...

Re: Hamilton Beta
BTW those houses behind the first green were a nice touch and the water on 4 seemed to be a little more "detailed" than regular water.
If you're still planting sounds there's a major highway just across that water along with an off-ramp.

Re: Hamilton Beta
Glenn-amazing job. As far as playability is concerned the course punishes errant shots and plays like an open course should. The only things missing are the clubhouse (you knew that coming-it's a rather standard elegant wooden design-as opposed to St. George's :clapping: ) and tournament objects (li...

Re: Hamilton screens
Just out of curiosity, is this the same version Sage started many years ago or is it a new LIDAR/DEM version? I remember when Sage asked me if I wanted to plant it back in... what, 2020 or something? I looked briefly at real pictures of the course and just felt like I didn't have the planti...

WEIR HAS A PROBLEM
How many Canadians will be going to Montreal before Americans start yelling "Conflict of Interest"?
But seriously RBC deserves ahalluvalot of credit for the emergence of the Canucks (and I don't mean Vancouver!)
We do more than just swing at pucks!

Re: Arcadia Bluffs
Hi ya fiver, My work is nowhere near Mike Jones quality. My stuff might look good but I make it as simple but realistic as I can. I don't have a lot of detail. I just want it to look good as the course is being played. If I have done that, I am deeply satisfied with what I do. All you guys that say...

I was looking at that survey of the age of our members. IMHO there are quite a few of us older Linksters who'll probably stick with this baby rather than learn a whole new game.
