Re: Links Extender 2.5
Hi Adelade: All I'd like to do is to change the color on a couple of surface textures. So, if I bring up the .crz of the course with the texture I want to change, I can proceed, and that will be changed on that course, right ? What about in the list of textures available on the APCD. Will it now sho...

Links Extender 2.5
I've got a question about the Links Extender 2.5 download found in APCD "add-ons" on this site. Is that still a valid , working program ? I downloaded and installed it today, and when it came up, the large photo in the opening screen looked "grayed-out" if you will. And every tab...

Re: Shadow Creek Release
Linkster.. ....Thanks for giving Chuck and I a "heads up" that you planned to "revamp" the textures and many of the trees. It's overall appearance is quite a departure from our original Beta version. Not that it's bad at all....just different. So...when you release the final, pl...

Re: A new course (very slow progress due to win 11)
Sage......the course looks and plays very nicely. When did you "regain" the ability to do forest planting with the APCD ? I must have missed the post where you said you could do that again. The main planting on the course looks great as well. I saw some seam blending issues along the way, ...

Re: Quaker Ridge Golf Club Beta
Well.........I finally found the time to download and play a full round on Quaker Ridge. I think you've done another excellent job on this real course rendition, Ian ! I enjoy some of the "old school" Country Club type layouts. They feel comfortable to play, and remind more of the type of ...

Re: Wildlife Objects
Hey, Adelade. I follow all the instructions in the tutorial by Lez, ( exactly what you said above ), and what happens is that whenever I "click" on the shape I want, sometimes it's highlighted, sometimes not, but when I press plant forest with my chosen object, it ALWAYS comes up with a &q...

Re: Wildlife Objects
Perhaps just a little. Sometimes I think placing a deer, pheasant or ducks in certain courses would add a bit extra. Unfortunately, my APCD still
doesn't allow me to select any shapes in order to do forest planting, which to me, is a VERY important process.

Wildlife Objects
I'm sure this post is going to sound both a bit weird, and "funny" to most of you. I noticed, as I've dallied around with some unlocked courses along the way, as well as helping Sage do planting on a few of his courses, I've found that my copy of the APCD doesn't have the wide variety of a...

Spring Hill Golf Club - Final
Hopefully this will be the start of a thread posting comments on the Final release of this course. Ian, this is yet another superb entry in your roster of LINKS designs. I'm curious as to how you chose this wonderful , laid back, but fun to play and view course. Since you're an avid fan of Tom Fazio...
