Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
I had the same name during each conversion, but swapped in between - WoodTee.TGA + WoodTee.x and then WoodTeeBlack.XYZ + WoodTeeBlack.prv + WoodTeeBlack.MAP . I'll try again later with same name before and after, but Im guessing it is more likely the 8-bit thing. I will look for some way to convert ...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Oh I dont know too much about Andrew Jones, but my impression is that he could figure out pretty much anything! So that sounds troublesome indeed lol. Linkster must have gotten it to work though, so he's likely about to solve it for us(?)

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Thanks, I cant get it to work though, APCD crashes after clicking Ok in the popup of importing the object and choosing Object Type etc (it didnt crash when importing your object). My only guess is that Im not saving the TGA file in the correct format in some way. When I do the Map2TGA thing, the res...

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
Wrapper is the one you said you tried before for the demo version - see the General tab of the .exe config file for it. RegEdit: https://linkscorner.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=478 Mode is resolution according to the table in that link. Windowed 0 = Full Screen, Windowed 1 = Windowed. You can also try...

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
Did you do a clean uninstall of the demo beforehand? Did you install the 1.07 patch (I think the download version of the game includes it though?), and did you get the Nvidia patch? Try setting up the Wrapper from scratch now that you have the full game. Try compatibility mode for Win 7 and running ...

Re: Getting custom 3D objects into the APCD
Ooo nice tee marker (at least it looks good in APCD, havent checked it out in Links). Im trying to figure out how to make colour variations of it. I got the TGA file and can change it on my own, but how do I put it back together into a .map file... Do I understand correctly about needing Milkshape f...

Re: GOOGLE MAPS
Yeah try historical imagery of the area, perhaps you can find a better image from 1 or 2 years ago or so. You can only do this in the downloaded version of Google Earth (which is free).

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
Has anyone here gotten the demo to work? The fixes are all made for the full game, which was updated several times to a current 1.07 version. I dont know but it is possible that they fail because the demo is too old?

Re: Links 2003 surface laptop win 10
I dont really know much about the demo, but try compatibility mode for Win 7 (right click LinksMMIII.exe > properties). If that fails, please provide us with more info about your system.

Re: PGA West Stadium Course - REDO
Still getting same issues with Beta 4, but I dont think the problem is with the water anymore, I think the issue ought to be caused by something in the opposite direction. It seems my earlier issue was because of the landing cam (and some other cameras have trouble too in the same spots), and I beli...
