Updated Club Distances?

Been so long since I played a round of Links golf. I noticed the maximum club distances for the various clubs are quite outdated. The Ladies on Tour hit it the distances in this game. Maybe I am mistaken but I thought one of the members here created an app which increased the the overall distances o...

Re: PGA Tour Roster Update

An added note, I am only interested if your settings seem realistic in what your settings are in the roster under the headings Target - Var - Length -Start. Because I have 200 updated PGA Pros Roster, redownloading and having to edit every updated player is too time consuming for me.

PGA Tour Roster Update

What are realistic settings for pros 18 Holes in Career Mode? I have not been in this game in quite some time. Went into one of my seasons, played a Tournament and found that many of the pros were shooting 57 and 58's consistantly.

Re: The Old Antialiasing Bugaboo

I've played Links 2003 since day one, and all other versions before it. I can safely say that the game has never looked better than it does now. I spent hours finding the right balance of settings that works for my machine. Close up and long distances looks stellar. Without them it looks pretty rou...

Re: The Old Antialiasing Bugaboo

I have been using the Nvidia Inspector for a number of years now. My settings I use for Links2k3 are very similar to the ones you use with the exception of a couple. I tried all the ones that you apply for Links. There are still jaggies especially around the edges of bunkers and cart paths. It is be...

Re: The Old Antialiasing Bugaboo

I, too, am very much annoyed by the "jaggies". I only have an Nvidia GeForce GT 710 card, on an HP PC w/25" monitor. I've tried a LOT of changes in the Nvidia Control panel for the Links Game, and the following is what I ended up with to minimize the problem : AA Filtering: 8X AA Mod...

The Old Antialiasing Bugaboo

It became very apparent almost immediately after the Links Platform arrival on the scene, that AA was almost a must application to utilize in conrtolling the obvious distraction of the "Infamous Jaggies) that appeared and still does in most if not all Stock and Custom course desingns. Fortunate...

Re: Still Having Problems With L2K3 In Wn 10?

While Im sure this is a good post overall - it for sure might help some people, which is great - I dont know if following these exact steps is going to be a good idea for ALL win 10 users and setups just because of facing some type of issues. For example, you said these registry tweaks are intended...

Re: issues with links reg edit taking effect

Once you have made your changes in regedit, you can verify your Links screen resolution settings by going into Links/Options and selecting the 'system info' button at the bottom of the screen. The 'Video Resolution' there should reflect the option you entered in regedit. Choosing 'Graphic Settings'...
