This is the fourth of four courses he gave us in the span of five weeks and all the others had scores of 25% or less. His colors for the tee boxes, fairway, rough and greens were well a nice blend. He had three tee boxes but only one set of tee markers and so you won't miss it Whistlers Mountain was there. The repeated trees were very boring as was the lack of elevation on practically the entire course. He started to play with the elevations towards the end but not in an imaginary way, just an unrealistic way. On hole # 18, 5 par 542y with a 37y elevation my drive went 288y and then I was faced by a grass wall, 210y and a 48y elevation. On hole # 17 there was a strange 'mound' behind the green.
The fairways were normal sized except on the holes that he decided to challenge you, they were very narrow, no imagination. The green were flat and you could one putt every one without the aiming stick as long as you hit the snap. For the first 12 holes his fairway bunkers varied between 0 and 2 and there were 3 bunkers by every green with two exceptions, none of the bunkers would pose a threat. On hole # 13 small crowds began to gather, and the occasional house would appear.
The 'course' is not worth downloading even though the size is tempting. I still don't understand why someone would go to all of the trouble to build 4 very bad courses instead of one fair course. Why not play a few courses first to get an idea what a course should look and play like. The designers and the beta testers are more than willing to help you with any problems. Not worth your or my time.
