Tattersall by Jassi Harding is based on a real design of Tattersall Golf Club located in West Chester Pennsylvania.
Course statistics, Par 72, and plays 7057 Yards from the back tees, there are 5 tees to choose from, and the holes are not handicapped.
Goodies included with the course are the following; there aren't a lot of extras. The course has, a splash screen, custom textures and some added 2D objects. There are no hole previews, sounds or crowds or tournament objects.
This is the first course I have played by Jassi, and for some of the press I have heard about his courses I had to clear my mind and go into this open minded. I have never heard of this course before, so I can't comment at all about the accuracy of this design. I did go to the Tattersall website and look at the course hole by hole. From the pictures the layout looks pretty close, and so does the planting.
The course is playable, and I found the course to present a decent challenge. The issues with this course are in the poor use of the APCD. There are so many bad verts, and sharp lines, obvious mistakes using the APCD it takes away from the design and look of the course. If Jassi would go back and clean these things up this really would be a course worth downloading and playing. If you are can look past these things then like I said there is a decent layout, and fair challenge here. I am not showing a signature hole, but instead showing a hole that I feel shows the problems with the APCD.
After playing two rounds here I am bit puzzled by the course. It is very playable and I liked the layout and planting of the trees was done well. There were the floating trees here and there, and also there was the problem with the tree properties being set to stone wall. Overall if the designer would fix the verts and other mistakes this would be a course I would recommend, in the courses current state of release I can't. There are too many other designs out there to worthy of playing and keeping.
