I don't like the panorama because parts of the "dem" are lower than the top of the panorama. If anyone wants to take the course and see if you have good way top fix it I'm all for it.
Just let me know you want to give a fix a go and we will be on our way. Or if you think you can modify the "dem" and do without a panorama at all that would work.
