Three Sisters is a fictional course set in mountain valley with a fair amount of water and hills to make it interesting, and hopefully challenging. Loosely based on a the terrain of the Sisters area in Oregon.

It is a par 72, 7717 yards and has it's share of trouble spots, but fairways are fairly wide with many bunkers to test most golfers.

Please take note because of the amount of grass planting the shadows take a long time to render even on a fairly beefy pc.
Enjoy,
Dace Fair

Description
Fictional, heathland course
Location
Oregon, by the dictates of the Readme
Conditions
M*/M* should be reasonable.
Concept  3/10
This wild scrubland environment, with its proliferation of orange-brown grasses and reads, is an intriguing location for a course. Sadly, the over-fussy hole design that has been inserted befits neither the location nor the designer. The rough, although well-planted, too often provides an irretrievable hazard and there is a demonstrable lack of course planning here.
Appearance  6/10
Aside from a rather ugly deep-rough texture, the environment is well created at Three Sisters, and you can\'t deny the effort that has been put into the planting. The island-green 15th, with its echoes of Scottish granite, is particularly worth the visit. There is also a competent handling of tricky elevations. The oddity of choice in two-tone sand traps is striking and won\'t appeal to many.
Playability  2/10
Ugh. Unplayable lies, blind tee-shots with no Hole Previews for reference and constrictive fairways make for an unlovable golf experience. Even perfectly good drives will too often come up against a tree blocking the route-1 path into the green. A lot of these problems have to rest on the designer\'s shoulders rather than the player\'s.
Challenge  1/10
The difficulty is to some extent artificial, as it\'s far too possible to spend three or four strokes extricating yourself from the grasslands. Even then, there are problems aplenty: heavy rough hugging most greens and tiny target areas. Regular scores over 80 would be highly likely and make Three Sisters next to useless as a tournament venue.
Technical  3/10
Despite the visuals, there is a real lack of course planning here which has rendered several holes on the verge of unfair. Throw in some texture assignation issues (one bunker on the first hole plays as deep rough), and the desperate need for the omitted Hole Previews, and this becomes a black mark in terms of playability.
Overall Of minimal golfing interest, but a trip around might not be completely wasted: the visuals could inspire something a lot better. 15/50
