Here is an incomplete courses which I have lost motivation to develop into the kind of quality I would be satisfied with.
The reason I am releasing it in this form is because I have worked hard on this course and because the design is so much fun to play that I would feel horrible if I deleted it or didn't work on it forever.
Be releasing it in this manner I give the opportunity for those who have downloaded this courses to simply play it or to finish it as they wish.
I give anyone the permission to finish and release this .crzs as they wish. I don't care about the courses' name, style, design, ect. or about getting credit at all for the design. Just have fun!
I will give just a bit of backround on the design just for anyone who's curious or wants some direction finishing the courses.
Maunawili Golf Course was designed to be a jungle course set in Hawaii in the same style of two courses on Oahu: Koolau Golf Course
and Luana Hills. Koolau Golf Course is among my favorite golf courses anywhere. I had the opportunity to play one round there and ever since one of goals in the apcd has been to create a course offering a similar experience to that of Koolau.
Since I don't believe I have skill to do Koolau Golf Course justice in the apcd my other option was to create a course similar fictional course. I chose the location for Maunawili Golf Course to be similar to that of Launa Hills. I thought that location would be easier to recreate but I was wrong.
Just when I figured out that I was way over my head I waved the white flag and quit Maunawili Golf Course.
I still wanted to create a Hawaiian golf course though so I created a much more technically forgiving design in Moana Palama instead.
Anyway enough talk; have fun with the course!
