I think that virtual store comes into play if you don't install as an administrator. You may find other files in there in the future, as well.

From the saved files I have, since 2002, I have 74 aces recorded. The ones prior to 2003, and probably prior to version 1.07 probably would not be viewable any more in the game.

As for KISS tours, the PGA and Stableford are not for the 2001 version of the game. They just use regular conditions, that is, no challenging conditions.
